Q: I am unable to activate over the internet, what should I do?

A: Simply email the following information to support@redbeam.com:

- Product Serial Number (Provided at purchase)
- PC Unique ID (Found in the RedBeam application under Help > Registration > Activation)
- Contact Information (Please provide your contact information via email signature)

Once received, a RedBeam Application Specialist will register the application for you in our system and email back the Acitvation Key for activation.
