Performing a Warm Boot

Press and hold the yellow button, blue button, and scan button.

Datalogic recommends that you always attempt a Warm Reset before initiating a Cold Reset. It is possible that some settings or file contents will not be presisted when a Cold Reset is performed. A Warm Reset ensures that all files and settings are persisted before rebooting. More information can be found in the Pegaso WM PRG.

 

 

Performing a Cold Boot

Press [Down Arrow]+[Yellow Button]+[Blue Button]+[Scan].

Datalogic recommends that you always attempt a Warm Reset before initiating a Cold Reset. It is possible that some settings or file contents will not be persisted when a Cold Reset is performed. Step 1

Perform a cold boot.

Step 2

Quickly release all the keys when the screen goes black.

Step 3

Within 1 second, press and hold down [ESC]+[0] keys until the left orange LED starts blinking.

Step 4

Release [ESC] and [0] keys.

Step 5

Enter 1 to proceed with the clean boot sequence. Enter 0 to cancel the clean boot and proceed with a cold boot.
