At RedBeam, Inc., we pride ourselves on providing fast, accurate and friendly technical support.

The RedBeam Knowledge Base is available to all customers. To access the Knowledge Base click on the Knowledge Base button to the left.

Technical support is available to all customers who have a valid software support contract.

If you do not have a valid software support contract, you will be asked to purchase one before we begin working on your case. Click here to view a list of support contracts. You may purchase a support contract from your reseller at any time.

If you have a valid support contract, you may either submit a case via email or by phone.

To submit a case via email, click on the Submit a Case button to the right and enter the case information. Please have your support contract ID number available.

To submit a case by phone, please call 678-373-0390. Please have your support contract ID ready.
