Our Youth Services division purchased your asset tracking software and wanted the database put on their SQL server. I am not a SQL person and I am not a database administrator, so needless to say, I ran into trouble. I emailed your tech support and to my surprise, was called back within the hour. I have never had such a quick response from any tech support before…[We] had previously bought another tracking software program, and because of our experience with their tech support, we returned it. They were never able to help get it running properly. RedBeam support, on the other hand, is very professional and knowledgeable. We also decided to also purchase your Inventory Tracking software. Once again, we needed help. And our experience was the same.
