Our experienced support professionals are seasoned RedBeam employees that have been extensively trained to help you resolve issues expediently, and to assist you in getting your system up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Although not required, RedBeam Annual Software Support Contracts are highly recommended. If you decide not to purchase support, we will assist you on your first call and then refer you back to your reseller to purchase a valid support contract.
Onsite & Web-Based Training
RedBeam’s comprehensive training and installation offering is designed to help you realize the full value of your investment. We offer two different training formats to fit your learning style, each delivered by experienced trainers with in-depth industry and product knowledge.
RedBeam Web Based Training provides cost-effective personalized training, delivered to you via the internet. A RedBeam training professional will guide you through the installation and set up of the system as well as train each user until they are confident in the system’s operation.
RedBeam Onsite Training & Installation provides personalized training, delivered to your location at your convenience. A RedBeam training professional will assist you with the installation and set up your system. Course participants work hands-on to complete exercises designed to familiarize them with key product features and functionality.
